My experience at taco bell in appleton Wi on 2810 N. Richmond street was the worst experience ever. I found a female workers ACRYLIC NAIL in my Nacho Bell Grande I will be taking this meal to the store tomorrow on 4/7/16. This is very unsanitary and simply a free meal will not be sufficient for me. What if this person had a communicable disease of some sort or even worse i swallowed the nail or choked on it.
