Iâm very disappointed with the services I received from your company, and nobody seems to care or take responsible for your inability to meet your standards. It all started with an accident with one of your policyholders; he was very apologetic we exchanged information. It all went downhill from dealing with your claims agent Khea-khey P Acosta, long story short itâs been almost a month and still having issues with your company. First, Iâm left with rental car bill, missed half a day of work, after deeming my total car damage they sent the check to an old address after I emailed and called 3x to ensure my old address was updated in your system. Your inability to send the check to the correct address, I left work early to pick up replacement check from your Santa Clara office. Three days later my bank sent this email:

I spoke to Nicole , claims manager 4/1/2016 regarding the whole experience and her response we're sorry, it was human error. I called and email Khea-Khey P Acosta relating to the email from my bank, Thursday morning Nicole Saavedra called to look into the issue. I don t understand how the supposedly replace check I was asked to pick up from your Santa Clara location was the same old check a stop payment had been requested before getting into the wrong hands. The embarrassment and disgrace that comes along with insufficient funds are available mainly because I used part of the check for down payment for a new vehicle. Iâm sure nobody would care or take responsibility for your inability to stand by your statement. I have informed Nicole Saavedra today 4/7/16 I will need a third replacement check delivered today considering nobody takes ownership instead blame and make it sound like it's a joke.
