Dear Mr. Larsson,
I am a long time customer of Ralph Lauren Home products and if you were ever in my home, you would see your glasses, flatware, and most of all, linens.
I have been purchasing Ralph Lauren linens for all of my bedrooms for many years. When I needed sheets or throw pillows or shams to go with my comforters or duvets or when I wanted to change the whole room I would head to the Ralph Lauren Home Factory outlet at Woodbury Commons, NY. I am now redoing our bedrooms and sadly I cannot find the items that I need because there are no longer any outlets where I could see AND feel the fabrics. Online gives me a selection but NOT the feeling of it.
PLEASE reinstate the Ralph Lauren Factory stores so that I can be a happy shopper, have a beautiful home, and that you may have a good place to sell overstocks, discontinued items and seconds.
