We recently tried to get the PlayStation Vue. Friday in fact. It didn't go through for some reason. They gave us a 10$ voucher and told us to try again the next day (Saturday). We did and it charged us the 44$ instead of giving us the 7 day free trial. We called today and they told us it's because Friday it took down that we had already had the free trial which we didn't. My husband is very upset. We are not rich people and it over drafted our bank account. They will not refund our money.
