Hi Jack,
I need your help. I'm having serious issues with Alan , Robert and Cary as it relates to a recent claim and can't get any resolution from them at all. They have grossly mishandled my claim and now are not responding to me or my inquiries. I now have a car that is not driveable and they aren't responding to me.
Please help! Should I seek arbitration to get this resolved? What would be your suggestion?
