Hello, Laura,
I purchased 2 Isabella bar stools from PB at the very end of March. The very next morning, I received a PB email saying that there was a PB event for 20% discount and free shipping on these chairs. I called and spoke to an associate and she was kind enough to redo the transaction and apply the discount to my order.
When I received the shipment the statement did not reflect the discount or free shipping. I called twice and spoke to two different associates and they said I could not receive the discount because one of the chairs was back ordered.
I have been awaiting an email from a supervisor on my last inquiry which was issued last Monday, but have as yet not received a reply.
I am and have been a very loyal PB customer and I am a bit disappointed with this situation. I am in the process of redoing my kitchen and every little savings is a plus. I was responding to an email ad promoting this sale/event.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could give me in this matter.
