I am an extremely dissatisfied customer. We purchased your new Kitchenaid slide in convection range  for our new home. Weve had the range in the home for approximately 5 months. The oven is used infrequently. During that time, we have had 3 service calls, contacted your customer service numerous times. The glass is streaking between the 2 glass panels on the oven door. The only way to clean this is to take apart the oven door. The glass has been replaced twice. The service people were here again today. They contacted your technical support and the technical support people said do nothing. We did not pay $2,000 for a defective stove. So, basically, your support people are telling me to live with it and your warranty means nothing. Everyone tells me this is a cosmetic issue, but it is not to me. We purchased the 4 Kitchenaid appliances to match. Now I have an oven that I am very reluctant to use. I am really upset on how this is being handled and the poor customer service at the technical support end.
