I have made repeated requests to look in to, what I believe, is an erroneous entry on my credit report. It appears a credit card was defaulted on in my name however I have no knowledge of said card account. Your staff's response is "we investigated and our records are correct" with no supporting documentation. They ask me to provide documentation but how can I do this if this is not my account. I asked to see a signed application or credit transaction which they have refused to provide. Can you help me? Re: 1389 (Account)
