Sir, please read the Google reviews for customer service. They are overwhelmingly negative and with good reason. I have experienced the worst customer service of my life with your company on two separate and unrelated orders. The first order was handled by thirteen different reps before it was finally resolved. The second, I finally managed to fix after being given incorrect info from a rep however, the lack of disclosure on this second issue will end up costing me an additional $10.00 monthly which, granted, is not a lot. However, the lack of info on your reps part is the reason for this...I jumped through every hoop that was disclosed to me and it does not set well with me to deal with such incompetence and your reps refusal to acknowledge culpability on the part of your company. You may have a monopoly now, but I have every confidence that with competition (and it will come) your customer base will collapse like the proverbial dominoes. Please read the horrible reviews and make some changes.
