Im very disappointed with the Sears Company. I have not been able to get anywhere. I have 2 pair of shoes that do not fit properly. Cost is close to $40 for both. I did not get them back in 30 days. Because my daughter was getting married I totally lost track of time. So now Im stuck with 2 pair of shoes that I cant wear. All I want is a pair of shoes to wear. Ive been told no at the store, phone calls and online. I told them J would never come back because of this. Nobody cares about me not having shoes that fit. Can you please have them take my shoes back? I will buy some sneakers that I know will fit. You will make more money in the long run. Why not?
