Hi Mr Toyoda, I am writing to you in regards to a work order that I have from Toyota Walnut Creek, Ca. (USA), dated 8/17/2004. We had a 1994 Toyota pick and the valve rocker arm broke and destroyed the engine. We brought it into the dealership and long short is...we got it fixed and in the work order it says and I can send a copy... advised Raul (my husband) that factory help was not available. "THE FACTORY DID OK A $1,000.00 CREDIT TOWARD PURCHASE OF NEW CAR."

We are purchasing the 2016 4 Runner TRD Pro and have been waiting for several months for it to come in...
We would like to apply this $1,000.00 Factory Credit toward the purchase of our new Toyota.
