Do you only do commercial here in California, US? Can you please tell me about private equity opportunities? Can you tell me things that mediocre investors do so I do not do them? I want to be the best investor I can be, I have done lots of cold calling to potential motivated sellers but the deals just have not been there. I have hustled and approached investors most with pessimist opinions about investing in real estate.
Can you tell me about the commercial real estate industry, I assume you have dealt with magnate players who are part of the 1%. What do they do that most people don't? Can you tell me how I can make a private equity firm that is successful here in California, US? I am 19 years old and I want to be part of the 1%. II will do everything it takes to get there.
