It's 3:09am. I work early in the morning. Why is my cable out? Why are the main channels out when I was specifically told these wouldn't be affected with the adapter? Why is this my problem? Where is the communication department and who is making these decisions? I've never seen such a poor example of customer service. Please explain????????
