Graham sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
My wife and I was booked to fly with Ryanair departure at Stansted on the 4 / 5 / 2016 to Malaga. return flight 25 / 4 / 16 reservation No YJ2VGI flight No depart FR8162, and return flight No FR8163. Unfortunately we couldn't go on those dates owing to I had a hernia operation on the 7 / 4 /2016 I was in a lot of pain after the procedure, and my doctor advised me not to fly, with regret we had to change our flights and were charged an extra £222 I do think this is a bit harsh as I didn't know that I had to go into Hospital on that date. Could you please look upon this in my favour and wavier the extra charge. After all I did try to contact Ryanair by e-mail and phone, but without any success. Look forward to hearing from you, Many thanks Graham
