This e-mail is in response, from the one we just received, from your company, with the take over, of Time Warner Cable. This company, has horrible customer service. People, are so rude, when you call them. I guess, they hate their jobs, well find another one. All I know, is that we have been, with this company, for a long time. All we have ever received back, from being a loyal customer, is attitude, higher cable bills. Do something, for us older customers, give us some kind, of break, on these high bills. If not, we, as our 3 older kids, have done, will drop your service, go with another carrier. Thank you, for your time. Mary .
