Hello. Received your letter regarding the merger with Brighthouse. You mention changes in picture, service, internet speed. I have been shopping for a different TV/Internet company because of one thing: price. I have no premium channels except the Sports package, and I have no phone as part of my service, and my monthly fee is $176. That's too much, even though I have had Brighthouse forever, and have been very happy with it. See if you can bring the price down!! Thanks for listening.
