I am having a horrible experience with your bank. I have been a victim of fraud and have been dealing with a Cameel Ross in your fraud department and while she seems to be a nice woman, the situation is not getting corrected. The problem is a failur of your bank to abide by my wishes to block electronic transactions on my accounts and well here we are some $264,000 later. your collections department continues to harrass me and make threats and well sir I would like to see you step up to the plate.
