Good afternoon,
My name is Vanessa and from 5/16-5/24 my husband and me spent our honeymoon at Animal Kingdom Lodge Kadani village. However after our experience we were very disappointed and will not be returning to the Animal Kingdom Lodge. To start on our first night of the honeymoon I was disgusted to be in the bathroom and have a cockroach crawl on my leg (my husband is an exterminator and knew right away what it was). Throughout our stay we had found multiple beetles and roaches throughout the room. I understand being on a Savannah some bugs should be expected but not roaches. We informed the front desk at the time and twice they sent an exterminator to our room to spray but we continued to have problems. Then on our last day we were told that the Disney dinning system had crashed and we lost the remaining meal and snack credits that we had saved to buy snack to bring home with us. I know we had at least 3 meals and 6 snack credits that we lost… To further help our reservation. We always travel to Disney and enjoy staying on property but we never expected an experience like we had at a higher level resort for the price we paid.
