Gabrielle sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Dear Sir,
I bought vouchers as a gift. I put the wrong name on them. Thinking i was correcting the spelling, I ended up buying another set of vouchers. I have been told by two of your representatives that i would only be charged for one set. I see from my bank account i have been charged for two sets. I have contacted live chat and phoned so many times trying to sort this out. I have now been charged for the two sets.
On a recent flight to Murcia there was a shortage of drinks and food as the plane did not restock from last flight. Flying back a week later there was no hot water for tea as the boiler was broke. Human error i would say. We made no big deal about this. Now I have made an error and have to pay out 102 euro for vouchers that will never be used. So you have made this money on me for nothing.
I am obviously not a valued client even though i have flown many times with Ryanair. Could you please maybe have this checked out again.
yours sincerely
Gabrielle
