Hi Francisco,
I have total 4 years of IT experience in which I have worked in a small organisation for 1.2 years where I use to receive pay by hand to hand .
Later I worked in one of the top MNC for 3 years and recently got selected in Cognizant for one of the process an received offer letter and Doj as well. At HR interview itself I have stated that I use to get pay hand to hand i.e "1,44,000 Lakhs " per annum from my first organisation and I only have offer letter, releaving letter and payslips on letter pad of first organisation.
Now HR is saying that we need bank statements and form 16 of the first organisation In order to get clearance from BGV . But I don't possess them as it is a small organisation. As I received offer letter from Cognizant. I have resigned my job and waiting for confirmation.
As HR said at interview point of time I will receive offer letter only when BGV is cleared. So as I received offer letter, I have taken releaving letter from my previous organisation. Till now I have received Joining Booklet for 5 times and when i ask the team regarding this they are saying it's an automated mail. How come it will be automated untill and unless some one has to triggered it.
Please let me know the solution for this.
