I have been a loyal customer of Barnes Noble for nearly three years. I own a Nook HD+, and I have bought countless books from your store.
I recently bought a brand new charger for my Nook, and to my dismay it broke within a month! I am more then displeased as this cost me twelve dollars, and as I am a student I don't have much money!
I would like some sort of reassurance that you guys will try to fix this problem! ANother friend has gone through a total of 5 charges in the past year alone! It is ridiculous!
Please, do what you can.
