During our stay at Hilton on Lodge street in Albany Ny we had very bad experience. Valet parking was terrible. My cousin who we rode with got ignored an many of us had to fend for ourselves. 45 minutes later they did take the car to the garage. My cousin had his handicapped parking tag stolen from his car. Making the reservation was a nightmare. By phone the people working did speak good English. My room had hair in the bathtub, water on the floor, and airconditioner did not work well at all. We stayed there onMay 28th. I was always told that the Hilton was a very classy hotel. I tried several times to call the desk they did not answer. I am a 68 year old woman on a fixed income who came to town for a wedding.
