Dear Mr. O’Leary,Concerning a trip to POLAND from 17/6 till 20/6 leaving from CHARLEROI-BELGIUM – Michael OLeary email address

Magali sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:

Dear Mr. O'Leary,
Concerning a trip to POLAND from 17/6 till 20/6 leaving from CHARLEROI-BELGIUM.

Today I received a call from my mother, explaining me that my father will probably not be able to go on a trip to Poland (due to hart problems). This trip is already paid for and she suggested that I would take the place of my father. Since we have the last name, I don't see any problem why this should not be possible. However, we were told that this is not allowed.
1. all is paid for
2. VERSTRAETE R. will be changed into VERSTRAETE M.
3. my mother, DEGRAEVE FRANCINE will still be joining me (reservation is on name of DEGRAEVE FRANCINE VERSTRAETE ROGER, LEFFINGESTRAAT 69, 8400 OOSTENDE, BELGIUM)
4. there is no financial loss for Ryanair

Can you please inform me that the person of the travel agency made a mistake and that it IS possible to change just the first name from ROGER to MAGALI.

I would appreciate this very much.
Sincerely,
MAGALI
