Shaun  sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:

Dear Michael
I’m writing to you to commend your staff working at Manchester Airport the cabin crew, on Monday the 6th of June my flight  was delayed not Ryanair’s fault just one of those things that happens from time to time.
The flight was delayed by about an hour, the passenger in 2F became very annoyed at the length of the delay and had a go at the gate staff who acted quickly to calm him down.
On the plane he took out his frustration on the cabin crew who didn't deserve the way he spoke to them, they responded to his and his wife's needs courteously under a great deal of pressure much to the relief of other passengers and myself sitting next to them.
Please would you pass on my thanks to all the Ryanair gate staff cabin crew who do an amazing job every time I fly with them!!
I would have used the excellence award page but my reservation reference wouldn’t work and plus didn’t have their names to hand.
