Dear Mr. Lampert,
Sears is the original AMAZON. I am the same age as you and I remember growing up everyone had a sears catalogs, we used to go through them and dream about what we would buy if we had the money. Why not go back to your roots, dump K-mart and most the stores and go back to the thing that made sears great? Buying good products from home at a reasonable price. Online sales with outlet stores to aid customers would be one up on AMAZON.
