I’m 65 years old. My phone landline has been down for three weeks….the techs – Glen Post email address

HELEN sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:

I'm 65 years old. My phone landline has been down for three weeks....the techs keep saying they have contacted me but they are lying. I'm in a dead zone. I've been a customer since 1993. Why do they lie? No one is coming here. No one knows anything. They keep saying it's fixed.
