My name is Donna, the owner of a restaurant at madisonville ,KY. I open a business account with 5/3 bank when my restaurant open. and I was so much trust 5/3 bank and had their merchant service too. And I have to said I am wrong. That is most terrible experience I never have. My credit card machine got down 5 times in half year, call customerservice and wait for hours still no answer. Recently find out the amount deposit to my bank account 80.10 short than the settlement report. Let me clear this out again, that is settlement report. And I call, still wait on the phone for hours, they put me on hold then i have to start over again and again. Finally I have a manager to answer my call, she set up a case for me,said I will receive a email after they find out what happen to that money different . I got the email yesterday, told me they didn't pick up the tip at that day,let me call customer service to rekey those. i will not do that. I am very sure that will let me loss some customer by doing that. It just 80.10 but it freak me out because I was never check the money amount for credit card merchant. I used to trust the bank and merchant company so much. Now not anymore . and what i want to tell is that Vantiv will hurt u too,because i will cancel my bank account too.
