Ron sent a message to Peter Agne President and CEO, IKEA – email address that said:
I am currently having an issue with your Abu Dhabi store customer service. We were to have a sofa delivered yesterday before1730 but it never came til after 2000 at which point we couldn't get access to the service lift. Today I have tried calling the store but no reply, I have messaged on Facebook for someone to call but 2.5 hours later no reply.
It appears their thoughts are how can the customer help them not what can they do for the customer.
