Dear Sir....
I disagree with the new policy of charging for customer service.
I recently went into a brick and mortar store in Asheville, NC and was charged $8 to put on a screen protector for my phone. WTF?
I could have ordered the same thing online for half the price. Which I will do in the future.
What's the point of having these stores except for customer service? Please explain to me and my friends why I should bother to shop at your stores in the future.
I doubt that you have the courage to respond.
