Hi my name is Karen I bought a dress in one of your store in south Florida I am trying to return the dress and your associates including the store manager is so rude and disrespectfully not even the correct phone # for the corporate off ice they don't have I also tried contacting the regional manager he/she has not even return my calls I paid $306.00 for the dress I tried return it be cause I cannot dry clean it because the dry cleaners say the emblems that are on the dress is falling off which they are not suppose to so the dress is defective I tried returning the dress and they will not take it back.
your return policy on the back of the receipt states that if the item is defective you will take it back.
