Hi Mr. Post,
I am Audrey McCanless, I have called numerous times regarding the quality of the internet service that is provided. My internet is going down more than 3 times a day. I was also quoted a different price for the phone/internet bundle. If you can help me that would be so greatful. If you cant help me in this matter i will have to suffer the conquinces and get a different provider. You may read this and you may not, but I hope you do. I need the phone because I am an elderly woman with health conditions and may need to use 911 option if needed. All I do is play a few games on facebook and use google for things that i need information on. I feel that I am not getting the better service that I need each time I call. Please check my account and recordings and you will see how many times I have called and was misquoted on my phone/internet bundle.
