Hello,
I had the very unfortunate experience of speaking to one of your representatives Mike. At this point I am wondering whether or not to go to social media about such awful customer service. I was simply asking questions on how to start my new policy; he was very inpatient, rude and narcissistic. I choose Progressive because your commitment to customer service. I will be shopping for a policy elsewhere now. To add insult to injury I asked to speak to his supervisor and he transferred me to a random person who wasn’t of much help. I will never forget how he laughed at me for asking a simple question in regard to the website. I will never forget such horrible service. I feel like I deserve a personal apology and I should be given a chance to do a survey. He definitely needs to know that your values don’t reflect the customer service I received. I have his telephone number instead of his supervisors which was done on purpose so I wouldn’t reach his superior. If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on the customer. I actually monitor calls and let me assure you this would have not been acceptable under my leadership.
