Attitude of your live chat for months every 6/8 weeks we have to contact your live chat to get them to change the Q other boarding pass just other to priority this time complaint even resulted in the guy telling me we hadn't booked priority we were in row2 its automatic!.
We flew on Sunday 5th June from Stansted to Pafos after a long delay sitting on the tarmac and eves dropping staff conversations as they weren't willing to share reason why we had a delay on return to Saturday 11 June due to busy air space this time weather last.
Security on both flights were lapse regarding the cockpit door. Marko on the outward flight chose to have the door open and have a long conversation with the jumpsuits with no other cabin crew around disadvantage of row 2 in fact he opted to do this twice during the flight. Please explain the breach in security. Marko gave the impression the passengers were beneath him and didn't tell us anything about the delays it took until we arrived in Pafos for him to apologise for the delay still no reason customer service skills please
Return flight Elizabeth chose to open the cockpit door to take food to the jumpsuits again with no other crew around please explain the breach in security again. The female crew member with her at that end of the plane didn't want to be there and couldn't even manage a smile throughout the flight can you explain why also they chose to splash the perfume around so much choking those of us in the front rows we don't all have to taste the stuff please cant they use the toilets1
Even when the jumpsuits came in and out no crew faced the cabin they swapped places with each other so at least they kept this part of security.
We fly about every 6 weeks and this time the security has worried us things have gone down hill in the last few weeks. Please explain the security breach and why we always have to wait 30/45 mins to get the boarding pass changed after all the other way round you charge us for you printing boaring cards
