The lawn mower I bought from sears is a lemon. This is the 4th time it has been in the shop in 2 years. I took it to Sears Panama City, Fl. and was told to take it to a shade tree lawn mower repair company called Moates and Sons Lawn mower shop. This shop does not have a building to put the lawn mowers in while being repaired. They told us they were sorry our mower was left out during the tropical storm. I have tried to get help at Sears customer service, the Manager at Sears- Allen Sisk( has not returned my calls) and another Manager Barbara. I keep getting the run around. I would love to have your email address so I can send you everything that has happened and everyone's names. Sears customer service used to be great. I have bought lots of things from Sears and always was happy, until now.
Please help me.
