Dear Mr. Mansell,
My name is Susan  and I have been a loyal long standing customer and card holder of Kohl’s for many years. I have contacted your customer service 3 times in the last 6 months trying to find out why I am no longer receiving Kohl’s coupons (none of them) by mail. They stopped at the end of October 2015. The 3 times I contacted customer service I talked to a total of 5 people all telling me what a valued customer I was and all giving me the same written script they have in front of them. They all told me they didn’t know why the coupons stopped but they would have them restarted and I should start receiving them in 2 months. Here we are 6 months later and still nothing. I guess I’m not such a valued customer after all. I am writing to you, Mr. Mansell, to see if going above your customer service department can get this issue resolved. If this issue cannot be resolved in favor of the customer the only thing left for me to do is cancel my Kohl’s account. Everyone I know gets Kohl’s coupons in the mail with the exception of me. Being a 70 year old handicap person who walks with a cane and finds your store just the right size to walk around and shop while pushing the carts you so kindly provide I would hope you might find a resolution to this problem. Please let me know if this issue can be resolved so I can once again shop at your store.  Thank you for taking the time to read this email.
