I booked this flight in February to Alicante for our July family holiday in the hope of saving money by booking early. However since booking it the price has been lower by approx £170 consistently. I wrote a letter to your customer service if they do a price promise but they wrote back saying its 'tough luck'. Other budget airlines have a price promise if Ryanair wants to compete fairly and keep loyal customers then they should offer a price promise. I believe I have been penalised for booking early which is the reverse for what the airline wishes for its customer. I like to thank you immensely for reading my e-mail. Thanking you.
