Please help us! Our 220 power went out May 28,2016 crews came right out and put a bridge on my next door neighbors house to give us power, excellent professionalism! To this day we are getting the run around. My tenant who has a young daughter has no electric stove or electric dryer. We are at Con Edison's mercy! Mr Moon helped us on June 3,our address129 -92 st Brooklyn NY , This is going on three weeks now, I believe this is about a half hour repair in my neighbors house, Richard ( this is the third time with this problem in the manhole in the street, about every 4 years, this happens ) Thank you James
