Manoj sent a message to Vittorio Colao CEO, Vodafone – email address that said:
It is with sadness ,shock and horror as a loyal customer for 10years that I must write to you to inform you of the situation of the company you are handling.
There have been many articulates in the newspaper and TV on how Vodafone are treating its customers and the demise of is customer services.
I HAVE THE EVIDENCE which I would like to put forward to you.
I have called cst services 5 times and have transcripts of live chat and even been into a vodafone shop BELEIVE it or not to get a SIM so I can use my new Vodafone mobile! which should have been sent out .
YES that simple!! and customer services say twice they have sent it , got another transcript today they dint send because of a glitch ,raised a complaint heard nothing, and will take upto 5 days for sim.
Surely something as simple as this you have to get right to have customers use your service? please correct me if I am wrong.
The Customer Services team everytime you speak to them seem fed up and know exactly what to say because they have had this too much.
Please could you take responsibility for this call and have the courtesy to call me for further information.
