Scott,
For your information I'll be cancelling both my SiriusXm accounts based on ONE issue - the DJ on 1St Wave, Madison - is unprofessionally unbearable. I'm not going to delve into the minutia of her on-air rants, but it really diminishes the value of my subscriptions. Here is $400 Sirius won't be getting from my family any longer.
And Im not an isolated case - There are petitions online to remove this person from the airwaves and many other cases of service cancellations like mine due to Madison.
Its odd, because the other DJ's on the station are impeccably professional. Madison comes across like a child.
Oddly enough it came up at dinner the other evening - we went out to a restaurant with another couple and the discussion turned to music and the various good channels out there on Spotify, Apple Music, and SiriusXM. (we have a Tesla and one of our subscriptions came paid for a year). Within a minute someone at the table said "Too bad 1stWave has Madison on in the mornings - she is a raving idiot." (a quote)
With the advent of Spotify and Apple Music which streams to my car from my iPhone, there is no longer a need to put up with bad SiriusXM personalities like Madison.
You can verify my current subscriptions which will be going away One in a Tesla and One in an Audi, Eric Davis, Greenwood Village, Colorado.
