I just wanted to let you know that I had the worst experience in your new Kalamazoo Field and Stream store. First, I saw that you had Rambler Pheonix boots on sale on your website. I called the local store and asked them to hold a pair for me. Drove out there on my lunch and they held the wrong boot. So we found the right boot, however, it rung up higher priced, they refused to match FS website price and even said they would call to have it changed so that myself and anyone else could not order it because it was too low. The manager was very rude and treated me like an inconvenience. So I rushed home, and ordered the boot online. the online site was having issues and would not allow me to sign up for the one time 15% off for email customers, it would not let me even use the contact us comments. I work in IT and it was not a browser issue it was on FS end. Overall, I am very upset and dissapointed. I dont think I will ever return to the FS store its overpriced and they dont want to sell to customers. Crazy for a new store with all that inventory and salary for it to be easier and cheaper to order it online.
