Doug sent a message to Rodney McMullen – Chief Executive Officer of The Kroger Co. email address that said:
I promise I will not complain again if I can get my job back.
I will let the technicians say racist remarks about my wife like she is mail order bride because she is Chinese
I will let the staff break policies and state of board pharmacy law by leaving pharmacist RDAC on cash register for everybody to use bypassing counseling.
I will let the technicians tell me no when I ask them to do something.
I will let the staff come in any time they want even though no other pharmacies comes in at 7 am
I will let the staff tell customers we will not order that medication because we have inventory next week .
I will let the staff eat in the pharmacy even though it is against Fry's policy
I will do what ever the staff tells me
I will not tell the staff to do anything
