It good to see the improvements you have made at Penney since becoming CEO. One area I find weak and with much opportunity is your Children Department. There is a great demand for more traditional clothing especially for girls ages 4-16. I find it very difficult to shop for grand-daughter in your store. Everything is much to mature for her talking with other customers I find they feel the same. Parents and grandparents tend to shop for children first and then themselves. Strengthen this business and you will draw more shoppers into your stores and other categories will see an increase. Tommy
