Dear Mr. Yanagi:
We have been life long Yamaha customers, purchasing many Yamaha products. In 2014 we purchased 2 Yamaha FX SVHO Jet ski's. One of the ski's timing chains broke @ only 107 hrs. When researched on the internet we learned this is a problem with these models due to a design flaw. And that Yamaha has redesigned the product to correct the problem. However, when we contacted your customer service department we were told there was nothing Yamaha would do to help us.
