Good morning sir, I wanted to let you know of an experience that I had with Grainger. I placed an order yesterday . I got an e-mail later showing it going to a Wisconsin address so I immediately called and resolved that issue. The order was suppose to be at my local store today so I called to confirm and was told that there was another mixup and it didn't get shipped so I asked if I could pick up at the warehouse since it was only a few miles. No problem I could pick up in an hour and half. Thirty minutes later I was called back and told that since Im not a business I can't pick it up at the warehouse and can either mail it to my house or have it shipped to the store. The gentleman I did talk to said that he would try to get it shipped to the store by today, I know that you have a customer focus operation and wanted you to know about my experience.
