==========
Just to let you know this is no ordinary “serious illness” claim for the refund. To fly would be risking her life.
My wife of 51 years is suffering from LIVER CANCER which was diagnosed on the 8 Jun 2016: this is on top of a serious case of GALL-STONES which cannot be operated on due to the seriousness of the LIVER CANCER.
Carol is 72 years old and the news has devastated her, and me. In the last 6 months she has lost 55 pounds !!!!
If RyanAir’s medical/refunds decision maker gives a single thought to the trauma, anquish, and the treatment routes she is taking in the coming six weeks before and after our planned flights, only a demented, uncaring, heartless, sibling of unmarried parents would deny the case for refunding our fares.

The LIVER has to be “saved” (if it’s God’s will) before any operation on the gall-bladder can even be contemplated.
The surgeon has refused to attempt a removal of the Gall-Bladder due to the seriousness of the multiple lessions on the liver and the consequences of extreme complications.

Here’s an MRI scan, taken on the 3rd June 2016 of my wife’s gall-stones in the gall-bladder.
It is at danger levels already and, because of the LIVER CANCER, cannot be operated on for removal of the stones or the gall-bladder, as the anatomy of the two organs are intimately connected and functionaly interlaced !
If we flew to Ireland (which we are NOT going to do) and put RyanAir into a potential airborne medical-emergency diversion should the gall-bladder burst is just unthinkable. The Consultant surgeon’s opinion is clear as can be, yet you seek further amplification.

If my plea for common sense and decency is not taken as proof of the seriousness of the situation warranting a full refund, I shall leave no avenue unvisited to enlist the laws to make RyanAir meet its obligations in this case.
You have plenty time to release the two seats on the two sectors I have booked and incur NO loss of your business.
I beseach you to act in the proper and humane manner and without further prevarication refund the my ticket costs of £183.96 You can surely do this considering RyanAir made a profit of £1.1 BILLION in the last year.
I trust you/others will come to the wise conclusion this further compelling evidence meets the needs to authorise the refund requested, without any more painful prevarication and added distress to me and my wife.

Yours sincerely,
Bryn
