My home was reported to DCRA as a vacant property so that it would incur – Jane Fraser email address

Kim sent a message to Jane Fraser CEO, CitiMortgage – email address that said:

My home was reported to DCRA as a vacant property so that it would incur a vacant property tax of 20k. Citimortgage paid it and then offered a trial modification that was $815 more than my mortgage payment before requesting modification. Citi had started foreclosure process on my home. I found that if the home is in litigation, the house is exempt from the vacant property tax. During the process of asking for the money back, citi gave my mortgage to shell point who's purpose is to collect s debt. I would like a solution to this problem without exposing it to the media. I looks like citi is using unethical means to squeeze people put of their homes when they are vacant and located in desirable areas. I was also told that because I have equity, I wouldn't get a modification. Please contact me with regard to this issue. I have already contacted NBC investigation department and if I have to go forward, I am prepared to do that. My home is located in Washington DC.
