Did a mistake buying phone for my mother last month. Been more than a month due to phone issues unable to reach my mother.have contacted the customer service as well they suggested that they will get the phone picked from my home for checkup. Rather they send some one who suggested that samsung is aware of the fact that the phone J5 series has issues with ringtone and nothing can be done. I gotthe phone going on samsung name and left with a product which i cant use to communicate with muy mother please help
