Regina sent a message to Mark Fields – President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company email address that said:

I bought my14 focus from king cotton ford in Covington TN, had a problem with the transmission well I was told it would be fixed and had appointment on June13, well needless to say got the car there they put the part that was reserved for my car on another car,well they have had my car for a week not fixed yet my husband is going to get the car today because we need the car,well just wanted you to know the service isn't what it should be,im very disappointed,not sure when they will get part in, just wanted the head of the company to know what is going on. They said if we got a loaner it's only for 3days. Won't be doing any more business with king cotton except oil changes.this email said to include phone number.. Hopefully this will help another customer in the future.
