Dear Mr.Ghosn,
Greetings of the day.
I am forced to write to you as I was not getting a satisfactory response from Renault India.
As I am cheated by the authorised dealer of Renault, the Renault India is not taking this issue seriously. My allotted car was given to somebody else and I am still waiting for my car( Despite my complaint to the Renault India CEO, I am being forced by your India office to accept whatever the dealer is offering.
As the dealer is cheating, I cannot accept this offer. Kindly look into this matter.
