I am absolutely appalled and disgusted at the way Ryan Air handle - or dont handle perhaps might be more salient - when one is trying to change a flight.
Yes - something so insanely simple one would imagine - a five year old who has basic computer literacy should be able to do.

I booked the Liverpool DJ Andy Carroll to play for a friend's wedding in Spain. Being an international DJ who works in Spain - the flight was booked for 19.6.2016 from Ibiza and went to Malaga before returning to Ibiza on 21.6.2016.
I did not book standard ticket I booked the one above ; superior business to whatever class driven moniker is attached to that class of travel.
When it came to change it both he and i spent over a day of our lives trying to simply change the flight to a later date in July/August; the reason for this being he needed to fly out of the UK.
Mr Carroll was allegedly not allowed to change the flight to an exit-UK flight because he was changing a domestic to an international flight. Beyond spurious and ridiculous and some.
So a whole new flight needed to be booked. Yes - NO HELP WHATSOEVER granted. None. Not even part exchange.
When I went on line to salvage the booking and put it into my name thinking I would use it in the summer - flying from Ibiza to Malaga - oh no - yet again - now allowed on line.
Then I find the number. An 0871 number. By now images of Holloway Prison and Ryan Air are merging as I fail to see why an airline famous for epitomising rip off central - is allowed to operate and rip people off over and over and over...
I then recall the Ryan Air flight I took in April of this year with my daughter - when I had been - deliverately according to airport security - issued paperwork that would not allow me to scan on the way in; while my daughter's did.
The security woman who took me back explained that the woman who issued the paperwork - a vile aggressive nasty piece of work who clearly wanted me to lose my flight and buy a new one - refused to give her name when the security guard took me back and turned her badge around. Blow me down - accountability also a minus off the richter scale.
I flew to Berlin a few weeks ago.
I chose BA for that journey.
Civilised kind friendly helpful people who actually want you - yes want you - to enjoy the experience...Not 'people' hell ben on kicking you and kicking you and kicking you.
You know what - if it cost more i wouldn't know because I felt as it was it was a freebie - the way I felt when I got off and arrived back in the UK...likewise when I arrived in Berlin.
I would like to know what you are personally going yo do about the fact that I am trying to simply change a flight that can not be used - FPMYHQ Mr Andrew Carroll - Ibz - Malaga 19/6 - 21/6 2016 - to one in my own name - MRS ANITA SANDALL.
I can not get through on live chat and have tried all week.
No one with a brain would dial an 0871 number from anywhere let alone a mobile which would be my predicament because I am a Dir of PR I am on the move non stop.
In my capacity as working with students with extreme special needs I have the phone off from 8.00am until 4.00pm ; this has been my week.
I am also a parent. A very busy parent like most of us if not all of us are.
I await to hear what you are going to do about this utter travesty, total debacle and shameful embarrassment of a business model that must be predicated on knowing the value of nothing and the cost of everything.
I think Mail might well be a good starting point for a story on this ridiculous modus operandi that is not worth of a first worl or second world country. Diabolical as your greedy grasping company is - to not be contactable to assist people and to actively try and extort more and more and more - what kind of lack of moral fibre and lack of values ethics and the basics of society can this actually be.
